By accessing or using Hanamee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their account
- Providing accurate profile information
- All activities that occur under their account
- Being at least 18 years of age to use the service
Subscription Terms
Hanamee offers auto-renewable subscriptions with the following terms:
- We offer Gold and Platinum membership tiers, each available as monthly or annual subscriptions
- Gold Monthly: $19.99/month*, offering increased monthly likes, super likes, and profile boosts
- Gold Annual: $119.99/year* ($10.00/month), offering the same features as Gold Monthly at a discounted rate
- Platinum Monthly: $39.99/month*, offering maximum monthly likes, super likes, unlimited messages, and weekly profile boosts
- Platinum Annual: $239.99/year* ($20.00/month), offering the same features as Platinum Monthly at a discounted rate
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
- No refund is provided for the unused portion of the term when cancelling a subscription
- Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance

Free Trial Terms
If offered, free trial information:
- Free trials are available to new subscribers only
- At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends
- You can cancel your subscription in your App Store Account Settings at any time
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Share explicit or inappropriate content
- Attempt to impersonate another user or entity
- Use the service for any illegal purposes
Intellectual Property
The Hanamee app, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Hanamee and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
